Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The goal of the project is for undergraduate students to learn effective workshopping and relating these acquired skills to their social duties as a student. Additionally, students will be able to produce publishable writing that will be submitted to literary magazines.

Throughout this process, students will workshop through several rounds of writing exercises to build fluency in storytelling. Post-exercise discussions will be conducted to discuss effect revisions strategies and then implement the suggested revisions to their work.

After the review-and-revision cycle yields publishable work based on an established criterion, students will explore options for public presentation. At the end of this process, students will then reflect on the skills acquired and benefit it serves to their respective academic and educational careers. They will also inquire as to how such a process may benefit surrounding peers and community of students at UTRGV.
