The goal of this study is to optimize the water in oil in water (W/O/W) double emulsion-solvent evaporation fabrication method of minocycline loaded microparticles which will be used in a dual delivery system to locally deliver minocycline (an anti-angiogenic drug) with a chemotherapy agent, for the treatment of glioma.
