In a sample of 430 Latino students, we investigated beliefs about the effectiveness of the proposed wall and their predictors. Results implied that students in the Rio Grande Valley hold negative views about the wall. Unfavorable beliefs associated with Democrats and Latinos. Anglo-acculturated students and conservatives had more positive beliefs.
