Here, we explored the ability of pre-osteoblast cells to adhere and proliferate on nanofibers composed of poly-hydroxyl-butyrate (PHB) and poly-lactic acid (PLA), with and without Zinc Oxide (ZnO). Where, PHB fibers were shown to display robust cell proliferation and adhesion, compared to PLA fibers over the course of 5 days.
