Poster Session A #06 Paraoxonase genotyping in relation to Chagas disease.

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The purpose of this project is to identify the genotype of DNA human samples from Brazilian families that have been exposed to Chagas disease. Resulting genotypes will help determine if a genetic variant of the enzyme paraoxonase 1 (PON1) is responsible for the protection of infected people from cardiovascular disease.
