The project's purpose is to study effects of crystallization on the evaporation process of brine (salt-saturated water) droplets inside an electrodynamic balance used to stabilize the droplet for accurate study. The proposed research will develop my comprehension of multistage heat and mass transfer beyond what is learned in a classroom.
